Superior Accessible Balcony Room

  • Easy Access: Featuring a wider doorway for easier access and a queen-sized bed with easy transfer space on one side.
  • Accessible Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom is equipped with grab bars, a roll-in shower with a shower seat, and a lower sink for improved usability.

Executive Loft Suite

Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests

  • Your Luxurious Home Away From Home: Experience the ultimate in comfort and space in our Executive Loft Suite.
  • Separate Bedroom & Living Area: As you walk through the foyer you will come to an open plan living area filled with natural light from the french balcony doors and windows. A separate bedroom with queen size bed and french doors to the balcony can be closed off with the sliding doors or left open to create more of an open space.
  • Balcony access: The executive apartment has an impressive 13m balcony which is accessible through 3 french doors.
  • Perfect for Extended Stays: The Executive Loft Suite is ideal for families, extended stays, or guests seeking a luxurious accommodation experience.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and on the balcony.

All of our rooms and upstairs balcony area are non smoking areas. This includes the use of e-cigarettes (vaping). Penalties will apply for non compliance ($250 fee per instance).

If the Pub’s fire alarm system is activated in the room by a guest (due to smoking or vaping in the room or on the balcony), the cost of the false alarm fee (currently $1600) will be billed to the guest. The alarm can also be activated if the bathroom door is left open and the room fills with steam.

There is a designated smoking area located downstairs in the beer garden.

Baillie Family Pub (also trading as The Broken Hill Pub) Accommodation Terms & Conditions​

  1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking and stay at Baillie Family Pub (also trading as The Broken Hill Pub) Accommodation (“Accommodation”) located at 400 Argent St, Broken Hill NSW 2880 (“Premises”).
  2. Making a Booking
      • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at the pub reception.
      • You must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation.
      • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
      • Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain rates or special offers.
  3. Rates & Payment
    • Rates are displayed on our website or quoted at the time of booking and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    • Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will apply.
    • Rates are per night unless otherwise specified.
    • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash (on arrival only).
    • A security deposit may be required upon check-in. The amount will be advised at the time of booking and will be fully refunded upon check-out subject to no damages to the room or property.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations must be made by [#] days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. (Fill in the # with the number of days you require)

  6. Guest Policies

    • We regret that pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.
  7. Additional Services
    • A complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room rate for all room types.
    • Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the premises.
    • Limited free parking is available on-site. Additional public parking is located nearby (subject to fees).
    • Laundry services are not available on-site. However, laundromats are located within walking distance.
  8. Housekeeping
    • Housekeeping services are provided daily.
    • Towels and linens are changed every other day or upon request.
  9. Guest Responsibility & Security
    • You are responsible for the care and safety of your belongings during your stay.
    • The Accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
    • You are liable for any damages caused to the room or property during your stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit or charged directly to your nominated payment method.
    • In the interest of security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the room.
  10. Lost & Found

  11. Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
    • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
  12. Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Accommodation with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
  13. AmendmentThe Accommodation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or providing a copy to you upon check-in.
  14. Consumption of Alcohol
    • The Accommodation is located within the same premises as a pub. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pub’s facilities but must consume alcohol responsibly.
    • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
    • Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be refused entry.
  15. Noise
    • We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests. Unreasonable noise between the hours of [Time] and [Time] will not be tolerated. (Fill in the times)
  16. Right of Entry
    • The Accommodation reserves the right to enter any room at any reasonable time for maintenance, repairs, safety checks or in case of an emergency.
  17. Disclaimer
    • The Accommodation will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on its website and in these Terms & Conditions. However, the Accommodation does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or current.
  18. Limitation of Liability
    • The Accommodation shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by you in connection with your stay at the Accommodation except to the extent that such loss or damage cannot be excluded by law.
  19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
